The Calistoga Depot is seeking experienced Sommeliers and Wine Educators to join our team.

We are an exciting new hospitality group re-opening the historic Calistoga Depot.

Responsibilities:

• Ordering wines
• Maintaining the wine stock
• Creating a wine list and writing wine descriptions
• Suggesting food and wine pairings to servers and customers
• Recommending wines based on customer preferences
• Training waitstaff on wines
• Conducting wine tastings for staff and customers
