    Responsibilities:

    Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations in the South Florida market, including business development, client relations, project management, and team leadership.

    Utilize existing relationships and networks to generate new business opportunities and secure contracts in the region, leveraging substantial books of business and accounts.

    Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from client onboarding and project estimating to buyout, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

    Build and nurture a proficient and high-performing team to support project delivery and operational excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and industry partners in the South Florida market, leveraging intimate knowledge of the local construction landscape.

    Utilize advanced scheduling, project management, and financial management tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and Bluebeam to optimize project performance and profitability.


    Requirements:


    Minimum of 20 years of experience working in a similar leadership role in the South Florida construction market, with a proven track record of success in business development, project management, and team leadership.

    Demonstrated ability to bring substantial books of business and accounts to the company, with a strong focus on client acquisition and relationship management.

    Proficiency in project estimating, contracting, buyout, scheduling, and financial management, with hands-on experience using industry-standard software and tools.

    In-depth knowledge of the local subcontractor, client, and construction personnel base in the South Florida market, along with a solid understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

    Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
