Job summary
This position supports the California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) mission and strategic plan by contributing to state-wide primary prevention of childhood lead poisoning through program planning service delivery risk assessments and lead hazard control.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative activities for the Branch oversee processing of documents correspondence up the administrative chain in the Branch organize meetings process policy legislative requests documents review materials for appropriate format language assist all sections within
the Branch serve as an point contact for
the Branch with other programs agencies provide strong interpersonal oral written communication skills effectively interact in person writing phone supervisors colleagues public officials members public must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Word Outlook Teams Planner OneNote WebEx similar programs maintain excellent grammar editing proofreading skills English.
