    The Mental Health Supervisor/Case Manager (MHSCM) provides services to Hope's treatment/support recipients through their work in both Mental Health supervision and case management.

    This role is expected to be a blended and dynamic role based on the present and changing needs of Hope's Behavioral Health Clinic as determined by Hope's Director of Mental Health Services.


    Responsibilities include:


    Teaches, coaches and mentors the Mental Health Associates (MHA's) and dually certified MHA/Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure the delivery of quality services.

    Oversees the delivery of services to treatment/support recipients as delineated in each treatment plan, utilizing strategies in alignment with organizational culture and the management and service philosophy of Hope.

    Provides case management and community based services to individuals on their caseloads, their families, and/or therapeutic home providers.


    Education & Experience Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Health, Social Science, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field required. Emphasis of study in developmental disabilities strongly preferred. Experience in lieu of education may be accepted on a one for one basis in appropriate fields.
    Two years of experience in social services, one year of which involves responsibility in case management and/or supervision required. Also, two years of experience working with children or adults who experience severe emotional disturbances and/or mental illness required.
