- Assist with drug preparation and dispensing in accordance to state pharmacy regulations
- Fill prescription items
- Packaging medications for dispensing and delivery
- Prepares medications including emulsions, liquids, powders and ointments, which may include non-sterile compounding
- May reconcile and fill EDK (Emergency Drug Kit)
- Check drugs and supplies, stock shelves and remove out of date items
- Process returned medications from facility for credit or destruction
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to recognize and identify medications
- NH pharmacy technician certification
