    Description
    We are a comprehensive non-profit organization that serves older adults and people with disabilities in King County. is to partner with older adults to provide accessible and inclusive services so they can age their way.
    Conducts background checks, ensures continued volunteer eligibility and acts as a liaison between volunteers and staff. 79 per hour.
    Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, 8am - 4:30pm.

    3 weeks paid vacation, paid sick leave, 13 paid holidays (11 scheduled and 2 floating holidays/personal days).

    Collaborate with program and organizational staff to recruit, screen, and place program volunteers and resources.
    Prepare training and/or promotional materials.
    Maintain customer relationship management database with volunteer contacts, and ensure staff are notified when new volunteers are available. May assist with program orientation and training.
    Provide information and technical assistance to volunteers, staff, and program participants regarding program content, policies, and activities. Conduct research and analyze data to identify program needs and volunteer eligibility for continued program participation.
    Troubleshoot complaints from clients or staff about volunteers.
    Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent.
    Minimum of two (2) years' experience working or volunteering in social and human services or related field.
