    The Blue Bell (Philadelphia, PA) office is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Cyber Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • assisting attorneys in everyday tasks
    • conduct intake process for new matters
    • profiling and organization of e-mails and documents in Prolaw
    • scheduling of conference calls, video conferences and other meetings via Teams as needed
    • opening, maintaining, and closing of Prolaw matters
    • creating, editing, and finalizing documents in MS Word through Prolaw in a variety of ways
    • data entry of calendar events
    • review, track, and communicate calendar events on a regular basis with attorney(s) and/or forensic vendors
    • enter billable time entries into Prolaw
    • proofread prepared materials for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and content

    A high school diploma or GED is required, an Associate's degree in related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

    This is a hybrid position. Must be able to go into the Blue Bell, PA office.
