- Supports the visual merchandising team by helping to story tell brand elevating visual merchandising presentations to drive traffic and conversion
- Executes creative concepts, seasonal floor sets, product launches, tests, and other special projects.
- Assists and prioritizes multiple projects for the Visual Manager to meet all visual/marketing milestones.
- Delivers consistent innovative and merchandising solutions that improve the in-store experience, drive traffic, and meets Brand objectives.
- Stays current with fashion, beauty, interior, and competitive trends via market patterning in order to create new and innovative thinking.
- Visits stores to understand the customer needs in order to identify go-forward opportunities.
- 90% of job responsibility will require virtual store design programing and developing in-store visual merchandising for select store formats
- Bachelor's degree preferred; BA in Marketing, Fashion Merchandizing, Art, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years visual merchandising
- Experience delivering in fast paced environment with attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to understand end execute product positioning strategies
- Strong Communication and presentation skill
- Experienced in Windows operating system and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
