    A Dish/Busser at Salata covers a multitude activities including supporting other team members.

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Preparing food in a timely, neatly, and accurate manner
    • Following recipes accurately and maintaining Salata standards
    • Committed to providing excellent service
    • Can contribute to a positive teamwork environment
    • Enjoys working both BOH and FOH operations
    • Maintaining appropriate portion control and maintaining and Fresh, Full, and Fluffy line at all times
    Ability to develop positive working relationships and work as a poart of a team as needed and requested * Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to guests and coworkers * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times * Display a positive and energetic approach to all assignments * Provide exceptional customer service by having a servant's heart * Able to follow instructions for recipes, food preparation, and sanitation guidelines * Willing to be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant
