Job summary
We are currently searching for a L.P.N. Unit Manager to join our friendly caring and supportive team.As a L.P.N. Unit Manager you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit ensuring our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Redfield by assisting with supervising the activities of clinical staff on your assigned unit providing guidance and education to clinical staff assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs.
