    Lead Physical Therapist (Part-Time)

    What You'll Do:

    • Observe and coach
    our school-based Physical Therapist team.

    • Create systems
    for assessing knowledge and coaching needs.

    • Design and facilitate professional development
    (in individual and group settings) to drive excellence in practice and school partnership.

    • Provide guidance and support around federal, state, and local regulations and systems relative to Physical Therapy. This includes 504/IEP development, evaluation systems, timelines, IEP goals, and quarterly reporting.

    Requirements:

    • Obtain and pass a background check before employment begins.
    • Schoolbased experience is required.
    • Proven experience coaching and developing a team of schoolbased practitioners is required.
    • Hold a current TN Physical Therapist License
    • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from CAPTE accredited program
    • K12 schoolbased experience

    Bonus Points For:

    • Fluency in a global language (especially Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)
