- Proven experience coaching and developing a team of schoolbased practitioners is required.
- Hold a current TN Physical Therapist License
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from CAPTE accredited program
- K12 schoolbased experience
- Experience as a child and/or adult with disabilities or neurodiverse gifts
- Fluency in a global language (especially Spanish, Somali, or Arabic)
- Mission-centered team and professional practice support
- Referral bonus eligibility
