Description

As a Data Analyst in the Data Analytics Department at Paysera, you will be responsible for collecting data requirements, analysing and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendationsto the business.

You will work closely with other members of the Data Analytics Department to ensure that the organization's data management systems support its business needs.

We are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

What you will do:
Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize data analysis projects and collect requirements;

Collect, process, and analyse data using statistical techniques and software tools;

Collect, analyse and describe requirements for data sets, data sources, data models, visualisations and formulate clear objectives for Data team;

Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and provide recommendations;

Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to design and develop data pipelines and ETL processes;

Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations;

Monitor and report on the accuracy, completeness, and quality of data assets;

Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis processes and systems.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we expect:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field;

At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a data-intensive organization;

Strong experience with SQL and statistical analysis software, such as R or Python, is a plus;

Experience with ClickHouse is a big plus;

Experience with data visualization tools, such as Redash or Power BI;

Knowledge of data privacy and protection regulations (e.g., GDPR);

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
