- Manage assigned supply spend utilizing a Total Cost of Ownership methodology.
- Manage relationships for assigned supply base ensuring understanding of our goals regarding Delivery, Quality, Inventory, Cost, and Risk
- Conduct negotiations with assigned supply base to support our cost management process
- Create inventory stocking and replenishment strategy for assigned supply base through data collection/analysis, internal collaborative discussion, and market intelligence.
- Manage assigned relationships which includes purchase order creation/maintenance, expedites/de expedites, and date acknowledgement.
- Do vendor onboarding, part number creation and maintenance, and maintenance of planning parameters for all serviced suppliers and replenishment locations
- Knowledge of purchasing/supply chain/sourcing fundamental processes
- Experience with data mining and management with Excel (can perform complex functions) .
- Working knowledge of ERP functionality as it relates to job responsibilities.
- Focus on teamwork and servicing internal and external customers.
- High school diploma required.
- 3 years of procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience
- Read fabrication and machining prints.
