    Role Summary:
    We are looking for a detail-oriented senior architect to lead our Enterprise Architecture in all areas of IT.

    The enterprise architect's responsibilities include creating the future state IT architecture, guiding the transformation of the current IT infrastructure, optimizing business operations, and setting the direction and approach for integrating information applications and programs.

    The enterprise architect is also responsible for cataloging, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining, and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities, and components to adequately perform the organization's business and technology activities.

    Lead domain enterprise architects. To be successful as an enterprise architect, you should have excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills. You should also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


    Role Responsibilities:


    Lead the Strategy of the Domain Architect FunctionLead and work with Domain Architects and each BU IT team to analyze their footprint, future fitness assessment, and present approaches to reduce technical debt, improve application healthProvide guidance and support to Domain architects, define Enterprise wide solution architecture and technical context diagrams in alignment to business/technology strategy, specific initiative functional and nonfunctional requirements.

    · Work with Domain Architects from each BU to monitor adherence to EA standards, tooling and compliance. Establish Architectural review boards and EA design sessions across all BU's. Establish and define tactical as-is and long-term to-be, strategic architectural roadmaps for each BU's IT application landscape.

    Create technical blueprints, architectural modeling for consumption by technical & non-technical teams.· Work with domain architects on Data, Applications, Security, and Infrastructure capacity planning, growth projections, standardizing HA environments and for real-time monitoring.

    Understanding, advocating and supporting the IT strategy, as well as working with Domain architects to analyzing each BU's IT landscape to detect deficiencies and recommend improvementsDrive Business Systems and Internal Goals, Working Cross functionally Lis Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals.

    Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements.
    Responsibility to drive ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership.
    Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance. Work with Infrastructure, DevOps, and business/operations teams in defining tooling and RPA approach and help drive automation initiatives. Developing and Implementing Guidelines and OutcomesCreating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.
    Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.
    Establish, lead, promote and communicate EA standard, guidelines and expected outcomes and results across all BU's and IT teams.· Establish a standard guidelines and approaches for cloud development and deployments
    • AWS / GCP cloud environments using industry standard tooling for containerization and orchestration.

    QualificationsRelevant Experience:
    15+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience in Information Technology with large and complex enterprise applications, with leadership abilities to establish and streamline EA processes across the organization, ability to establish, lead the development and evolution of the enterprise architecture (EA) program which ensures that VCI IT and Business is properly aligned to business strategy15+ years industry experience in software architecture, design and implementation10+ years of work experience in an IT role requiring interaction with senior Business and Technology management

    Required Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience

    Desired Education:

    Advanced Degree a plus TOGAF 9 CertifiedSkills: Technical thought leader, with ability to bridge business & technical requirements to provide a cohesive, seamless solution to scale and perform, work to define outcomes, evaluate alternative approaches, and understand key constraints Lead technical strategy (translate business strategy to technical strategy)Experience in system architecture, SDLC, and Agile delivery critical Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good leadership and motivational skills.
    Experience in modeling (conceptual, logical) and graphic representations.
    Routinely work on multiple highly complex assignments concurrently.

    Stay abreast with emerging technology, industry and market trends (e.g., AI, Machine Learning (ML), deep learning, IoT, blockchain, DaaS, PaaS,etc.) and consistently analyze impacts/changes to existing applications and frameworks.


    Required Skills:
    o Deep experience with on-prem, Cloud platforms and hybrid solutions, along cloud frameworks offered from AWS, Azure, Openstack, VMWare, Pivotal Cloud Foundry.o Experience with All aspects of IT (Front end, back end, ERP, Data, Infrastructure, Omin-Channel, and BPMo REST, AJAX XML/​XSL/​XSLT/​XSD, SOAP, WSDL, HTTP development o EAGovernance/ management, IPaas Design/Implementation, BPM integration. Enterprise Architectural tooling- BizzDesign/LeanIX o Demonstrated experience on architecting systems for AWS, Azure and Hybrid Cloud platformso Demonstrated experience with Data Lake, BI, Analytics utilizing Oracle, Microsoft SqlServer, mySQL, Percona, and Postgress databaseso Security of distributed web applicationso General issues related to performance, reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery of enterprise applications o Experience maintaining technical and business landscape in an

    Enterprise Architecture Repository Desired Skills:
    Automated deployment of distributed applications via Concourse or SysAdmiral Data warehouse concepts and data modelingKnowledge in Open SSO, oAuth, SAML, SFTP, PGP Understanding of CFPB, GLBA, and consumer privacy laws such as CAPCA, GDPR, PII, PCN Experience in a large financial servicesHave done coding in the past roles 5 – 10 yearsEnvironment designing complex solutions where understanding of compliance, risk are paramount


    Work Flexibility:


    Travel possible up to 15% Onsite, remote work options dependent on team operating model and initiative Flexibility to work outside of core hours (Monday – Friday) to support business demandSalary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.· In the state of California, the salary range is $135,600- $222,900.· In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $123,300 - $202,600.· In the state of Washington, the salary range is $135,600- $222,900.· In New York City, New York, the salary range is $148,000 - $243,100.· In Westchester County, New York, the salary range is $148,000 - $243,100.
