    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Director – Strategic Accounts to join our team. The Senior Director will be responsible for creating new and expanding our relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This position requires a results-oriented individual with excellent business development. skillset along with maintaining their accounts. This position will be considering an individual contributor role. You will have no reports reporting into you and you would report into the Head of Sales. We ideally would like this candidate to be located in the bay area or PST location.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Business Development & Account Management:

    Develop and execute new strategic account for key clients, outlining growth objectives, revenue targets, and relationship-building strategies.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within new business development of strategic accounts.

    Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services/products offered to strategic clients.

    Revenue Growth:

    Work along sales team to achieve revenue targets by leveraging existing strategic client relationships.

    Customer Satisfaction:

    Ensure that strategic clients receive exceptional service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

    Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.

    Market Analysis:

    Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

    Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    5+ years of experience in strategic Business development and account management within the recruitment agency space. (IT or Engineering highly preferred)

    Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. (750K+ GM) a year.

    Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

    Deep industry knowledge and a strategic mindset.

    Proficiency in CRM software and data analytics tools.

    Willingness to travel as needed.
