    Role

    As a Reliability Engineer (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Specialist), your primary duties will involve promoting safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, partnering with internal and external customers for engineered solutions, identifying opportunities for capital expenditures, and championing operating systems and best practices. You'll also collaborate with the maintenance team on predictive, preventative, and precision maintenance strategies.

    Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience (ex. heavy industrial maintenance, reliability, or operations experience).
  • Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
  • Proficiency in Predictive Technology, RCA, RCM, and FMEA.
  • Vibration I Certification and Infrared I Certification.
  • Strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical components, tools, and designs.
  • Robust problem solving, mathematical, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
