Responsibilities:

Proficiency in assessing and caring for patients. Documents, implements and updates plans of care.
Collaborates with all members of the healthcare team to implement and evaluate a patient's status and treatment plan.
Cross-trains and floats to other areas of nursing as required.
Interact with patient and significant others, while maintain the standard of professional nursing.

Requirements:
To be seriously considered for this role, you'll need to have:

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year acute care experience required.
Licenses/Certification: RN license current in the state of Colorado or compact state. Current BLS certification, ACLS and PALS maintenance expected.

Shift - This position is full-time, with 12 hour shifts.

This position can be fast paced at times, and slow paced at times, and candidates should be able to perform in both scenarios.

Schedule - As a health care organization, we operate 24/7, 365 days per year. Candidates should be available to work a variety of shifts (days shift and night shift), weekends, and holidays.

Status - Full time

Compensation:
$ $43.80/hr, depending on experience.

There is no deadline to apply for this position; we are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until a finalist is selected.

All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.

All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.

Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
