Division Foresite Group, LLC Position Mechanical Engineer Location Peachtree Corners Description Foresite Group, voted a Best Firm to Work For for 13+ years, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and self-starting Mechanical Engineer to join our MEP team in Peachtree Corners, GA.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven results and accomplishments within the MEP design space and will be seeking limitless opportunity with a diverse and growing firm.

Responsibilities:
Leading mechanical design (HVAC and plumbing) on projects and providing system design calculations and other related design services including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering)

Advise clients regarding mechanical & plumbing systems/requirements available to meet their needs and comply with safety codes. Monitor installation of designed equipment/systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety codes.

Confident in recommending options for efficient alternative solutions Ability to evaluate deliverables and make recommendations for qualified resource needs Prepare and provide project reporting status, risks, schedule, and cost Some travel may be required for projects (<15%)Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering At least 5 years relevant professional experience for buildings-related design projects Professional Engineer (PE) license Strong knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing equipment design, IMC and IPC codes.
