    Mary's Inpatient Rehabilitation offers transitional inpatient therapy and education for those with physical disabilities resulting from injury or illness. Our CARF-accredited center helps patients maximize function and independence while preparing them for their return home.

    The Inpatient Rehabilitation is a team of healthcare professionals working together to serve people with functional disabilities, their families, and the community, along with St Mary's Health Care System.

    We are helping our patients reach their full potential for independent living through education, therapeutic activities, and quality medical care.

    How you'll contribute


    An Occupational Therapist who excels in this role:Develop a specialized treatment plan to help him/her achieve as much as possible in regaining his/her well-being through exercise and/or use of prosthetic and orthotic devices.

    You and your staff will play an important role in his/her recoveryCommunicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct patient's family or nursing staff in follow-through programsDocument patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer and accrediting requirementsMaintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean conditionHandle job responsibilities in accordance with the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal lawsOther duties as assigned Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
