WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Manage staff and assign tasks to senior engineering and technical personnel where requests may be coming from various internal & external sourcesOversee team logistics and resource allocationBalance day-to-day direction of the engineering team vs.

R&D opportunities to further the KODE product / solutionEnsure timely and high quality delivery of outcomes from dedicated engineering teamDocument common practices and find areas of efficiencies to continuously improve team performanceDirectly contribute to team tasks w/hands-on engineering workCommunicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders as team representativeWork directly with Mission Control team lead to ensure special projects can be accomplished / enabled and to set team directionRequirements Professional experience with personnel and project management skillsExpert-level knowledge of smart building industryExperience working with building management systems and commercial level HVAC controlsExpert-level knowledge of real estate market and construction processesProfessional experience with direct client interaction and communication to ensure successful product deliveryAbility to handle multiple projects from concept through execution, meeting deadlines without sacrificing qualityExcellent multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skillsExpert-level ability to document and create scalable processes


GOOD TO HAVE:
Experience working with building management systems and commercial level HVAC controlsNiagara / BMS Certifications is a plusKnowledge of and experience with industry communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON)Knowledge of IT network infrastructure practices
