    **What you will do:**

    The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for driving customer success while assisting homeowners in North Carolina apply for rent and mortgage assistance in a professional, call center environment. As a CSR, you will provide timely and accurate information to applicants and program members via telephone, while simultaneous inputting data into an application system.

    This opening is specifically for Spanish/English Bilingual candidates with either Native Bilingual proficiency or Full Professional proficiency in speaking the Spanish and English languages. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and who has strong computer, interpersonal, and customer service skills. This opening is specifically for candidates located in the Greater Baton Rouge Metropolitan area.

    **Other Qualifications:**

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Excellent customer service skills or prior experience

    Polished phone etiquette, grammar, and solid computer data entry skills are required

    Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills

    Dependability is essential. Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history.
