    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the insurance industry. Work with large datasets to extract meaningful information that contributes to decision-making processes.

    2. Reporting and Visualization: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of key findings. Create visually appealing and informative dashboards to communicate data-driven insights.

    3. Risk Assessment: Assist in evaluating risk factors by analyzing historical data and industry trends.

    4. Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures. Identify and address discrepancies or anomalies in the data.

    5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Participate in meetings and contribute insights based on data analysis.

    2. Help maintain user profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
    3. Assist in developing training materials and conducting basic training sessions for users.

    5. Document processes, procedures, and configurations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous Salesforce Configuration-driven role
    • Minimum of one year's experience in a related field preferred
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python/R (or willingness to learn).
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
