We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, training, and expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint environments. This role will involve working closely with various sections to analyze business processes, recommend improvements, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with best practices. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in integrating new technologies and initiatives within the project and change management lifecycle of I MEF, in accordance with US Marine Corps and DOD mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training on Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Business Analysis and Process Improvement: Collaborate with different sections to conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Advise on best business practices through the implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions and on-premise SharePoint environments.

Solution Implementation: Implement SharePoint Online and On-Premise solutions using both Out of the Box (OOTB) solutions and custom-designed components such as web parts, pages, views, lists, and document libraries.

Integration and Change Management: Integrate within the project and change management lifecycle of I MEF to promote and integrate new technology and initiatives mandated by USMC and DOD.

Support During Exercises and Deployments: Provide persistent and ad hoc M365 application and on-premise SharePoint support before, during, and after exercises, as well as in support of deploying and deployed forces.

Custom Development and Technical Expertise: Develop customized SharePoint web parts using a variety of programming languages and tools including HTML, PHP, XML, C++, PERL, VBA, Access Basic, Visual Basic, Microsoft Scripting, MS SQL, JavaScript, CSS, and SharePoint Designer.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in building client-side SharePoint solutions using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML.
• 4+ years of experience working directly with clients, developing and executing SharePoint, O365 project plans.
• 3+ years of experience in managing, training personnel and documenting O365 environments and developed applications.

Possess one of the following Microsoft certifications:

• Microsoft 365: Managing MS Teams (MS-700)
• Microsoft 365: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
• Microsoft 365: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
• Microsoft 365 Identity and Services (MS-100)
