    Marketing Manager

    Location: New York, Hybrid

    Company: BritBox International

    Reports to: Senior Director, Growth Marketing & Partnerships

    Contract Type: Full Time

    BritBox is a streaming destination for British TV.

    As a leading provider of authentic British stories, we bring thoughtfully curated entertainment to audiences worldwide.

    We were born from the BBC and have quickly expanded to seven markets, including North America, Australia, and the Nordics.

    Our mission is to share British stories with global audiences.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across the full funnel, collaborating with internal teams.
    • Create a cohesive marketing strategy for BritBox's Tentpole Marketing Program Campaigns.
    • Lead growth marketing campaigns, evaluating influencer marketing strategies, affiliate opportunities, SEO, and ASO.
    • Manage agency relationships and communicate effectively.
    • Report on key performance indicators.

    Requirements and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or integrated marketing.
    • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and working cross-functionally.
    • Experience working on new product launches, SEO, influencer marketing, and more.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Motivated team player with excellent collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    BritBox works flexibly, and some tasks may require work outside US business hours to coordinate with international territories.

    Salary Range: $90-100K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential.
