We are in search of an experienced expert with a strong interest in real estate and commercial litigation, specializing exclusively in litigation tasks without the need for business development responsibilities. Our firm offers a substantial caseload for the prospective candidate. We specifically seek an individual with a keen attention to detail who excels in a rapid and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive understanding of the trial procedures, exceptional drafting abilities for legal documents, and a solid aptitude for negotiating settlements. $120,000 - $200,000 yearly

• Conduct initial client consultations, offering expert guidance and advice on the strengths and challenges of their legal matters.
• Manage and supervise a caseload of litigation cases, ensuring consistent progress toward resolution while providing regular client updates.
• Offer clear direction, communication, and oversight to support staff, including legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring accountability for delegated tasks.
• Draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and necessary paperwork, along with conducting thorough legal research when needed.
• Represent clients in court hearings, adeptly arguing cases in Circuit and County Court, showcasing comprehensive knowledge of the trial process.
• Implement a monthly revenue requirement instead of a billable hour quota.

• The ideal candidate for the Commercial Litigation Attorney position in Vero Beach, FL, US should currently be a solo practitioner or have a substantial caseload at a large law firm, looking for increased autonomy and work-life balance.
• Previous experience in litigation is a must for this role, with a preference for real estate and commercial litigation experience, though not mandatory.
• Salary will be determined based on experience and the portability of the candidate's book of business, but this is not a strict requirement.
• Proficiency in handling cases from initiation to completion in both County and Circuit Court is essential.
• Direct experience working with clients, particularly in a legal capacity, is highly valued.
• The candidate will be required to attend regular meetings with a Managing Attorney and Support Staff for case updates and departmental discussions.
• Initially, the role will be based in-office with a potential transition to a hybrid work setup; this is non-negotiable.
