- Greet customers and inspect vehicles for collision damage
- Prepare precise repair estimates and liaise with insurance adjusters
- Order parts, schedule repairs, and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Review and document all repair work accurately
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Collision Estimator
- Understanding of repair processes and insurance guidelines
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and communicate effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in estimating software and a valid driver's license
- ASE certification in collision repair is a plus
- I-CAR certification is highly preferred
