    Responsibilities

    The Customer Success, Project Launch intern will be assist with the development on the following tasks/projects:
    • Aid with taking meeting notes
    • Aid with prepping meeting decks
    • Demo's
    • Administrators
    • Payment Plans (is this too advanced?)
    • Features
    • Initiate DocuSign set-up
    • Create launch tickets in Helpscout and Shortcut tickets
    • Aid with creating and keeping help documentation organized
    • Post-go live administrative support
    Qualifications
    • Intermediate skill in the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Well organized with attention to detail and ability to carry out tasks independently.
    • Excellent project management, organizational and follow-through skill set
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional demeanor
    • Current university student, majoring in Business & Marketing/Communications, Project Management, or Information Technology entering their Junior or Senior year.
    • Completed course work in Strategic business analytics, customer engagement, or project management.
