- Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for primarily residential and some commercial customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems
- Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
- Be available to work nights or weekends, on a rotating basis, to service emergency needs of our customers
- Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies
- Identify, report and educate home owner on potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services)

- A current EPA certification and State registered. Nate certification and State certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of residential HVAC experience with strong focus on customer service. Preferred over 5 years HVAC experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small spaces.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills for HVAC installation, maintenance, repair of systems, and equipment.
- Ability to pass a drug test, physical, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all time.
