    Job Description:

    The Junior QA Analyst is integral to our Quality Assurance team, tasked with ensuring the highest standards of software quality and reliability. You will work collaboratively with QA analysts, software developers, and project managers to uncover, document, and resolve defects, helping to drive positive change through high-quality software solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases that address both functional and non-functional requirements.

    Meticulously document testing phases and log defects, upholding our commitment to do what's right by maintaining transparency and integrity in all QA processes.

    Collaborate with the development team to identify and solve issues, turning obstacles into opportunities for improvement.

    Provide recommendations to enhance product functionality and user experience, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of excellence.

    Continuously seek to refine testing procedures, embracing a mindset of finding better ways to achieve more effective and efficient outcomes.

    Adopt and master new testing tools and methodologies, guided by seasoned QA professionals.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

    Up to 1 year of experience in QA, or a substantial internship experience in software testing.

    Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

    Basic proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

    Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
