    Responsibilities:
    Lead the electrical design and engineering of utility-scale solar PV systems, including solar arrays, inverters, transformers, and electrical interconnections.
    Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess electrical infrastructure requirements, grid interconnection options, and system performance.

    Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations, and permitting requirements, such as NEC, IEEE, NESC, and local utility interconnection guidelines.

    Oversee the construction, commissioning, and testing of solar PV systems, and provide technical support to resolve any electrical issues or challenges.

    Coordinate with utility companies, regulatory agencies, and third-party consultants to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and grid interconnection agreements.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
    Professional Engineer (PE) license in Electrical Engineering preferred.

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in solar PV project development and electrical engineering, with a focus on utility-scale projects.

    Proficiency in solar PV design software, such as PVsyst, Helioscope, or equivalent tools.
    Strong understanding of solar PV system components, performance modeling, and electrical design principles.
