Make Your Impact in Global Logistics

At Descartes, we're building smart, scalable solutions for a connected supply chain. As an Account Executive focused on the Brokerage and Forwarding market, you'll help shape how Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers drive efficiency and growth.

You'll manage the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing deals—while collaborating with a team of marketers, customer success specialists, and solution experts.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker accounts.
• Engage senior stakeholders with a consultative sales approach.
• Own the full sales process, from prospecting to deal close.
• Collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value.
• Communicate how Descartes' SaaS solutions solve key operational and business challenges.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or supply chain services.
• A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and subscription-based business models.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional and virtual environments.
• Background in international logistics, customs brokerage, or freight forwarding (a plus).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Location and Compensation: 
This remote opportunity is open to applicants authorized to work in the U.S. and Canada, with a preference for those on the PST or MST Time Zone.  The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 USD, plus uncapped sales commission. Your OTE (On Target Earning) could be $160,000-$170,000 USD"Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have.
