- Sort and segregate various recycled waste items like aluminum, plastic, and paper from incoming materials
- Deposit recoverable items safely and efficiently into the appropriate chutes
- Provide assistance to other sorters with heavy or bulky items as needed
- Ensure trash cans are emptied when necessary
- Ankle High Steel Toe or Composite Boots are a must for safety
- Ability to lift 65lbs for Heavy Lifters and 20lbs for Recycling Sorters
- Availability to work over 40 hours per week with the opportunity for Overtime which means more earnings
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
- No prior experience required, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- A Strong work history is advantageous, share your work background in your resume
- Possessing reliable transportation is essential for this role
- Work schedule from Mondays to Fridays with some Saturdays
- Day Shift timing from 6 AM to 6 PM
- Expect an average of 60 hours worked per week
- Starting pay at $12.00 per hour with Overtime compensation at $18.00 per hour
- Weekly pay to keep you financially stable
