Job summary
This is an opportunity to work as a concierge in a residential building. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, meeting and greeting residents, checking guests in/out, monitoring security systems daily logs records forms general administrative clerical Word Excel document work walking premises directed purposes monitors controls access building resolves follows up complaints issues escalating supervisor necessary provides general services well administrative clerical work needed helps maintain safe secure environment throughout building property assigned duties supervisor.
