    We are seeking a Nashville based Trade Support Analyst to join our Trade Support Department in Global Technology & Operations.


    The Trade Support Analyst & Project Specialist is a key role for our firm providing daily maintenance on trades executed by AB's trading desk.

    The Team is also responsible for managing and implementing various projects throughout the year in response to changing market regulations or conditions as well as to reflect the goals of AB and GTO.


    Describe the applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports:
    The Trade Support team services all AB Trading Desks and order management systems.

    On a daily basis, the employee will use LVTS, Minerva and Microsoft Office; internal applications such as Apex, Portfolio Management System, ACE, and GO; Other products could possibly fall within this scope as investment strategies change.

    Manage relationships with brokers and internal 'clients' such as Senior Level Management.
    Work with traders or middle office to ensure trade details are entered accurately.
    Resolve claims issued by brokers and custodians.
    Possibly manage private placement transactions.
    Document changes to existing standard operating procedures.
    Provide guidance to offshore teams.

    They will also have frequent contact with the front office and senior managers at AB, which makes this a demanding and rewarding position.

    The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or another relevant discipline.
