We are expanding our Multi-Family & Commercial Division and looking for driven relationship-focused Sales Consultants to own and grow key territories across Minnesota and Wisconsin.Responsibilities
- Own a territory and become the face of the company for multi-family and commercial clients
- Actively network with property owners and managers make warm introductions build long-term relationships Manage a provided list of hundreds of high-quality targets expand it with new opportunities Attend commercial multifamily events expos other networking functions Nurture property management relationships keep consistent account touches Manage all bid requests proposals follow-ups client communication Build recurring annual maintenance repair project pipelines within accounts Identify exterior construction opportunities roofing siding windows decks capital improvement projects Coordinate inspections scopes estimates internal teams Present solutions close opportunities strong professionalism follow-through Strategically expand the client base in markets currently underserved Track prospects activity account pipeline CRM Own your numbers appointments touches closes account growth annual quota Experience in property management commercial multi-family or construction sales Comfortable self-networking networking events building new existing relationships Organized accountable strong CRM follow-up habits Self-starter thrives territory-based role autonomy Strong communicator present professionally to property managers facilities directors board members
