    As a Field Site Manager I, you will be using your skills and expertise to oversee the maintenance servicing, repairing, inspecting, and overhauling of our aircraft and/or aircraft systems and subsystems to ensure that our aircraft and/or systems are in an airworthy condition and are safe for flight.

    You'll also ensure that all of our customer issues are satisfactorily resolved in a timely and efficient manner. The Field Site Manager I will be the senior SNC representative for the field site.

    Must-haves:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
    Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education

    Experience with aviation safety standards and safe operating practices

    Knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance and Inspection processes and procedures and/or returning planes to service

    Ability to understand and execute contract documents such as Performance Work Statement (PWS)

    Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

    Ability to train new Field Service Representatives on the basics of a deployable Avionics role.

    Ability to deploy as needed, supporting ad-hoc deployments and TDY support. (~30 days at a time, max 90 days deployed)

    The ability to meet current DoD and Combatant Command restriction requirements for deployed locations may be required

    An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required


    Preferred:
    Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience
    A higher level degree may substitute for experience
    Previous management or lead experience; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence
    Basic understanding of RF, soldering, and back shop Avionics.
    Background in Avionics, and deployment schedules.
    Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret clearance with additional caveat TS/SCI is a plus
    Prior leadership roles
    Ability to mentor others and provide leadership to a deployed team
    Ability to support production, Mod-work, and Depot repairs
    CenterPoint for all FSR purchases
    Lead POC for FSR material requests
    Technical lead for questions in the Field
