Flexibility and Work Environment:

This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the U.S. We understand the importance of work-life balance and provide an environment that supports this. Occasional travel may be required for client engagements or team meetings. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their marketing automation needs, evaluate the current marketing technology stack, and identify process improvements.
• Design and document scalable marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring alignment with the client's marketing strategy.
• Provide strategic oversight and technical guidance to consultants and developers during the marketing solution development phases, focusing on personalized customer journeys and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, features, and best practices to enhance solution offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
• Support the sales team by contributing to project scoping during the pre-sales process, highlighting the value and capabilities of marketing automation solutions.
• Deliver training and workshops to customers and internal team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, campaign management, and analytics to ensure successful adoption and utilization.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting with a focus on marketing automation solutions, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, with specific knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Personalization Builder.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing effective marketing automation strategies that leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities to meet diverse client needs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex marketing automation concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud design tools and adopting innovative approaches to develop efficient and impactful marketing solutions.
• Preferred Salesforce certifications include Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Marketing Cloud Developer.
• Experience in sectors with specific marketing needs, such as Nonprofits or Higher Education, is an added advantage, offering a deeper understanding of sector-specific marketing strategies and challenges.
