WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are seeking talented Systems Engineers across various experience levels – from those just beginning their careers to seasoned professionals ready to take on leadership roles. At Eqlipse Technologies, you will work on challenging projects that require innovative thinking, collaboration, and a deep understanding of systems engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage complex systems across their lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and integrate systems solutions.
• Conduct system analysis, modeling, and simulation to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Implement best practices in systems architecture and engineering to meet project goals.
• For senior roles, lead project teams, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic planning.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU WILL BRING

• Entry-Level: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with systems engineering software tools.
• Mid-Level: 3-5 years of experience in systems engineering. Proven track record of successful systems integration andoptimization. Excellent technical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Senior: 6+ years of experience. Expertise in systems architecture, project management, and technical leadership. Strong mentorship abilities and strategic thinking.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with systems modeling languages and tools.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
