    About the Job

    This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Reconciling and posting incoming payments from sales, service, and parts departments.
    • Preparing and processing deposits, reconciling accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
    • Coding and processing incoming checks, scanning checks to Huntington Bank, and providing invoices/statements to customers as requested.
    • Managing customer account inquiries, reconciling account differences, and supporting Controllers with monthly reporting.
    • Ordering deposit supplies and maintaining accurate filing systems for credit card and cash receipts.

    Requirements

    • 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience preferred.
