    Job Summary & Responsibilities

    The mission of the Sr. Operations Program Manager is to oversee and manage inputs from multiple contributors. Collating data and presenting status for a range of Operations projects. In this role, you will track and drive strategic initiatives, corrective actions, prioritize tasks to achieve objectives and interact with all Operations and Engineering groups and present to senior management. The position reports to Snr Director Business Operations and Strategy. Projects will be in various manufacturing locations in Bloomington, MN Milpitas, CA and Wilmington, MA.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    The Program Manager will manage and lead the efforts in optimizing and improving manufacturing of innovative metrology systems for the semiconductor manufacturing industry for new or existing products. Primary focus will be on reducing costs associated with materials, installation and warranties.
    • Manage teams in planning and defining projects.
    • Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects including holding team members to schedule and budget.
    • Measure and report progress to senior leadership while driving effective communication between team members, key stakeholders, vendors, and everyone else involved in a project or operation.
    • Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage a team and offer coaching or motivation when required.
    • Problem solving and adaptability required to be flexible and make adjustments as necessary.
    Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:
    • BS in engineering or business administration
    • 5 years previous project management experience
    • Strong sense of urgency, organization, and accountability
    • Experience with industry-standard troubleshooting methods.
    • Self-motivated and self-starting disposition.
    • Problem-solving, and creative skillset including the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate, quantitative, and timely analysis.
    • Semiconductor Capital equipment manufacturing/engineering background preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
