    LHH is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our growing client. This role is open due to growth and will be the first-ever dedicated Compensation Analyst in the company. The Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive pay practices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Compensation experience. Our client offers 3 weeks of PTO, 12 days of sick leave, a very competitive retirement plan, and a flexible/remote work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and administer compensation systems that align with organizational policies and demonstrate a commitment to equitable pay.
    • Work collaboratively with department leaders to create accurate job descriptions that reflect the essence of each role.
    • Perform comprehensive job analyses and conduct salary surveys to guide compensation decisions for new hires and promotions.
    • Classify positions according to FLSA standards and establish salary scales to maintain market competitiveness.
    • Keep job classifications and salary scales up-to-date with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Analyze data to support negotiations and inform collective bargaining agreements.
    • Stay informed on compensation trends and legal requirements to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive stance.
    • Promote and enhance a culture of continuous improvement in compensation practices.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelors degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in compensation analysis
    • A deep understanding of federal, state, and local compensation laws and a methodical approach to research.
    • The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and build strong professional relationships.
    • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and displaying the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
    • CCP certification is an asset, reflecting a specialized focus in the field of compensation analysis.
