- A bachelors degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in compensation analysis
- A deep understanding of federal, state, and local compensation laws and a methodical approach to research.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and build strong professional relationships.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and displaying the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.

LHH is on the lookout for a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our growing client. This role is open due to growth and will be the first-ever dedicated Compensation Analyst in the company. The Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive pay practices. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Compensation experience. Our client offers 3 weeks of PTO, 12 days of sick leave, a very competitive retirement plan, and a flexible/remote work environment.
