    Job Title: Physical Therapist

    We are a leading provider of rehabilitation services, offering in-home Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies to patients.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide physician-prescribed physical therapy to improve or minimize residual physical disabilities in patients.
    • Maintain ongoing communication with physicians, healthcare teams, and other individuals regarding patient care and status.
    • Develop and revise plans of care as necessary.
    • Communicate with Americare Therapy Services regarding issues related to rehabilitation services and patient care.

    Position Qualifications

    • Two years of experience in physical therapy (preferred).
    • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in The State of New York.
    • Graduation from a physical therapist curriculum approved by CAPTE or successor organizations.
    • The ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.

    Locations

    We have locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island.
