    We have an exceptional opportunity for a physician board certified in Internal Medicine to lead our hospitalist team as Medical Director. As part of this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations and program implementation. Our state-of-the-art facility offers the chance to practice high-quality medicine and enjoy a great lifestyle with its low cost of living.

    • Manage a dynamic team of 20 experienced hospitalists working various shifts, including days rounds, swing shifts, and nocturnists who work 7 on/7 off schedules.
    • Serve as supervisor for one APP (currently seeking additional personnel) supporting administrative tasks related to patient care delivery within our department.

    This position combines clinical responsibilities with leadership duties totaling approximately 75% time dedicated towards Hospitalist activities along with remaining hours focused on administration - ideally comprising around ten hospital shift commitments per month plus about sixty admin-focused hours distributed throughout each calendar period . All interactions take place utilizing fully integrated EMR systems powered by Epic alongside Dragon Ambient Experience technology offering enhanced user experiences across diverse settings like ICUs where coverage comes from local intensivists twenty-four seven supplemented further through centralized remote monitoring via E-ICU services based out Of St Louis center ensuring all room configurations meet elevated standards featuring exclusive accommodations available exclusively For patients Together With effortless Specialty Support whenever needed Beyond standard protocols There exists flexibility allowing involvement toward Educating roles too henceforth expanding future growth potential
