    The PGA TOUR is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineering Lead to oversee a small team of QA Engineers, develop QA practices and standards, oversee QA testing processes, create QA testing strategies, own QA tooling and platforms, and create frameworks for testing automation across all PGA TOUR digital platforms.

    The ideal candidate is an organized, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take the PGA TOUR's fan-facing digital products to the next level with respect to accuracy, security, and safety.

    The QA Engineering Manager will be charged with developing a QA program that ensures the quality of the PGA TOUR's products, but also fosters a culture in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product.

    QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent experienceProfessional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality AuditorMinimum 5 years of QA work experience, with a focus on software products and technologiesMinimum 1-3 years of experience in people managementExtensive experience in software development and testing methodologiesExperience using automated testing frameworks (Selenium)Proficiency in designing, developing and implementing automated testing frameworks for either web, app and api servicesExperience working with an internal software development team and/or external development partnersExperience with software development life-cycle methodologies such as SCRUM and AgileExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with a sharp attention to detailExperience working with live and static data feedsExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationshipsStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent time-management skills, and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervisionBackground/knowledge in Golf (specifically) and Sports (in general)RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Lead the QA team in establishing and refining best practices, standards, tools, templates, guidelines, and how-to references and promote them through clear communications that encourage adoptionEstablish and refine a framework for and guide governance of our testing strategy across the digital portfolio of workFacilitate maintenance of complete and accurate quality assurance archivesFacilitate disciplined, consistent, and transparent management of quality assuranceDevelop and implement a regular reporting cadence for software and platform qualityManage, coach, and mentor team members; build and develop a cohesive team to lead a software quality assurance functionCollaborate with Product Managers to understand product requirements (functional & non-functional)Partner with developers (internal / external) to create test cases (manual and automated) and execute as part of software development lifecycleProvide feedback to developers, Product Managers, Project Managers with testing resultsCoordinate with Digital LiveOps-Support team on bug tickets to confirm test cases when code fixes are developed and ready for testingRecommend improvements in software to enhance user experienceMotivate the development process for efficiency and performanceWork together with the software developer to enhance and improve programsResearch and compare similar competitor productsMaintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancementsSpecial projects or other duties as assigned
