    CME is searching for an HR Generalist. Must be a self-motivated (a true go-getter) able to Serve our Customers and Protect CME. You will administer CME policies and procedures for all personnel. Conduct some recruiting and hiring efforts for all personnel, temporary staff, and interns; this includes: posting ads, reviewing resumes, and tracking candidates through the hiring process. Provide full benefits administration (includes enrollment, claim resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees). Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations as well as maintain HR records and compile/file reports. Assist in employee relations efforts. Participate in developing department goals and objectives. Responsible for OSHA Form 300, updates, the employee handbook, and policies, benefits renewal, training of employees including supervisors, discipline and coaching of employees & managers, participate and lead responses to unemployment benefits. Review and make recommendations to performance and career development.

    Education & Training

    • High School or AA/AS degree (trade or tech school) from an Accredited College/University.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or another related field- PHR or SPHR certification (preferred).
    • At least 4 years of related experience.
    • Paycor experience preferred (transitioning from ADP WFN in Q2).

    Travel Percentage Required: None expected, however it is possible it could be 0% - 5% for emergencies or running errands.
