    Description

    As a Window Clerk/Customer Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless distribution of mail while delivering top-notch customer support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Distribute mail (letters/packages) efficiently ensuring timely arrival at recipient's doorstep.
    • Courteously answer phone calls/queries from clients regarding their local post office hours/services offered by USPS or other relevant information related only but not limited strictly within location boundaries visited during previous visits where possible reply asked questions concisely avoiding lengthy dialogue opportunities especially ones unrelated directly impacting primary task objectives making them redundant thus eliminating unnecessary verbal exchange decreasing response times increasing productivity subsequently achieving higher overall quality results enhancing positive user experience; also proactively provide helpful hints suggestions recommendations whenever applicable encouraging self-service activities done independently reducing workload pressures allowing management better handle crisis situations skillfully communicating clear concise messages among teams members establishing strong relationship foster mutual respect appreciation between different departments synergistically improving workplace dynamics engaging all parties productive active participants fostering inclusive collaborative culture prioritizing collective growth prosperity resulting long term sustainable success accomplishments.
