- Drivers will be paid $200 - $250 per day during the training period. The training period is typically six weeks.
- Following training, drivers will transition to an activity based pay plan
- $0.68 - $0.72 cents per mile
- Detention pay: $15 per hour
- Drop and hook pay: $25 per stop
- Live unload pay: $50 per stop
- Doubles load pay: $50 per stop
- Outsourced pay: $200 - $400 per day
- Holiday pay: $300 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $85,000

Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time position upon successful completion.
