Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center is looking for a CRNA to join a highly motivated team with focus on evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.

This practice is part of a progressive growing medical community.
CRNA only practice covering 3 hospitals and a pain clinic.
~ General, GI, ENT, Pediatrics, Urology, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Podiatry. Call every 7th weekend and every 7 th weeknight. Call is only at the main hospital. 6 weeks PTO,6 holidays plus 1 week CME $3500 CME allowance
~$40,000 Sign on Bonus
~$12,000 Relocation
~ Extra Pay for Extra Work on top of a very generous salary
