Schell Brothers Richmond Division, is looking for outgoing, energetic and happy candidates who want to market and sell to people building their dream home.

As a Sales Associate (SA) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know folks visiting the model home on a whole new level.

They aren't just "buying a home," it's about creating a relationship in order to help them to make one of the biggest decisions of their life.

You will spend your days typically working alongside one of our Community Sales Managers in one of our beautiful model homes.

You will get the opportunity to experience hands on training in order to become a great sales person over time.

This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.

RequirementsBasic Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
