Serves as a primary contact with employees on labor and benefit related issues.

- Provide contract interpretations and administer provisions of collective bargaining agreements.
- Participate in arbitration cases preparation.
- Labor contract negotiations participation.
Qualifications

- ✓ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor, Industrial Relations, Business or related field required.
✓ 3 to 5 years generalist experience including benefits, labor relations recruiting employee relations preferred.
✓ Union experience PHR certification preferred.
